"Really enjoyed the training. Good amount of theory but I'd rather to have more exercises into the full DMAIC and Lean.2 days extra training to go through a simulation in a full DMAIC project and Lean would be a huge booster for the actual project to go smoother and quicker.Not UPD's responsibility but having people joining and leaving sessions constantly is disruptive."
