"the training was intensive but the trainer (Erik Wijnveld) made it a lively and interactive day. He anticipated well to the dips that we were having to keep us active. He is very knowledgeable and has good business examples.Furthermore he knows how to train people. Contentwise: a lot of theory but we feel equipped with the tools and explanations that were provided. Very satisfied!"
